Summer School Marketing Emails for Existing Giant Campus Customers
To promote our new summer school program, I developed a set of marketing emails for the parents and students who had previously participated in a Giant Campus course through their middle or high school during the academic year.
My intent was to evoke the importance of learning year-round and stir their desire to build their skills through our STEM courses. I also tried to be more visually appealing with this campaign because the emails would need to grab the attention of our younger student audience—who were often decision-makers and passionate advocates of their education—yet also speak to the parents who would complete the purchase.
Over the course of the campaign, we garnered open rates from 20-40%, and enrolled more than 700 students in our online courses, with about half coming from existing customers.
